Accessibility Statement

Dothan City Schools (DCS) is committed to ensuring accessibility of its district and school websites for all students, parents, and members of the community, including those with disabilities and users of assistive technology.

What are we doing?

Dothan City Schools continues to review and updates its website to ensure compliance with current and future standards.

To help us make the Dothan City School's website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for our website.

How are we doing?

We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of its website and believe we've achieved our goal of Level AA accessibility. We monitor the website regularly to maintain this, but if you do find any problems, please get in touch.

Let us know what you think
